CleanSheet Privacy Policy
Last Updated:
This policy explains how NexTechEG handles information connected with the CleanSheet website, enquiries, customer relationships, and services we provide. The way business data is processed depends on the deployment and applicable customer agreement.
1. Introduction
CleanSheet is licensed business-data software for working with Excel and CSV datasets, including data preparation, analysis, and reporting. This policy distinguishes information you give NexTechEG from datasets processed in a customer-controlled CleanSheet deployment.
2. Information We Collect
You may provide your name, business email, phone number, company, country, job title, industry, company size, use case, preferred contact method, and messages through demo, contact-sales, or other enquiry forms. We may also receive account, licensing, commercial, support, and payment-related records needed for our relationship with you.
Forms may capture the referring page, landing page, campaign parameters, and your contact-consent record. Website requests may generate technical records such as IP address, browser information, request time, and security logs. If you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form or a similar platform form, we may receive the details you submit there; the platform also applies its own privacy terms.
3. Business Data Uploaded to CleanSheet
Customers own their uploaded business data and determine which datasets to process. Uploading data into a customer-controlled deployment does not, by itself, mean that the dataset is sent to NexTechEG. Storage, access, processing, exports, and backups depend on the deployment configuration.
If a customer chooses a service that involves NexTechEG handling data, or shares records for support, our handling is limited to the agreed service, instructions, and applicable obligations. Customers should share only what is necessary and are responsible for having the authority to upload or disclose information about other people.
4. How We Use Information
We use information only to provide the service, respond to enquiries and provide customer support, manage accounts and commercial relationships, improve the product, maintain security, and meet legal or compliance requirements. Contact details submitted with permission may be used to follow up on your CleanSheet enquiry.
Product improvement may use feedback and diagnostics made available for that purpose. It does not give NexTechEG unrestricted access to customer datasets. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing depends on the purpose and circumstances, such as consent, steps to provide an agreed service, legitimate business interests, or legal obligations.
5. On-Premise Deployments
CleanSheet may be deployed on customer-controlled infrastructure, allowing business data to remain within the customer’s own environment. For on-premise deployments, customer business data may remain within infrastructure controlled by the customer.
An on-premise deployment does not automatically give NexTechEG access to customer datasets. Any support access or transfer of files must be separately arranged and authorized. Connectivity for licensing, updates, support, or integrations depends on the deployment; this policy does not describe every deployment as fully offline.
6. Data Sharing
NexTechEG does not sell customer business data or personal information. Information may be shared with service providers supporting hosting, communications, or agreed services; authorized personnel and professional advisers who need it; or relevant authorities where disclosure is legally required. Sharing is limited to the relevant purpose and applicable contractual or legal requirements.
A customer’s independently chosen integrations or disclosures remain subject to that customer’s instructions and the relevant provider’s terms.
7. Data Security
Security responsibilities and controls depend on the deployment and agreement. Relevant measures may include access controls, authentication, secure configuration, backups, and protection of communications. Customers control the security of infrastructure they operate and should manage access and backups appropriately. No system or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an enquiry, managing an active customer relationship, providing support, meeting record-keeping obligations, or resolving disputes. The relevant purpose, agreement, legal obligations, and need to protect rights determine retention rather than one fixed period for all records.
When retention is no longer necessary, information should be deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable requirements and backup handling. Retention of datasets in customer-controlled infrastructure is managed by the customer. You may ask us about retention or request deletion using the contact details below.
9. Cookies and Website Technologies
The website uses session and security technologies to support forms, protect requests, and remember language or session preferences. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but some functions may then stop working. Campaign parameters submitted with an enquiry help identify its source; their presence does not mean that customer datasets are tracked.
Any additional tracking technologies introduced in the future will need appropriate notice and, where required, consent.
10. Third-Party Services
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves requests from your browser to Google’s servers. Links to services such as LinkedIn or WhatsApp take you to providers with their own privacy practices. Hosting and email services may also process information needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Third-party processing depends on the services actually used; this policy does not grant them access to customer-hosted business data.
11. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to certain uses. You may withdraw permission for enquiry-related contact by emailing us. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal, and some information may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons.
Send correction or deletion requests to info@nextecheg.com. We may ask for proportionate verification of your identity or authority to act for a company. We will assess requests under applicable law and explain relevant limits. For information controlled solely by your employer or another customer, contact that organization first. You may also contact the appropriate data-protection authority where such a right applies.
12. International Use
CleanSheet may be used by organizations in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and other countries. Where NexTechEG or a service provider handles information across borders, the arrangements depend on the service, deployment, and applicable requirements. A customer-hosted deployment does not itself imply an international transfer to NexTechEG. Contact us to discuss any specific residency or transfer requirements before sharing data.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when services, practices, or requirements change. The Last Updated date identifies the published version. Where required, significant changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
14. Contact Information
For privacy requests or questions about these terms, contact NexTechEG. Please identify your request and the relevant company or account; do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive business records.
